The Chief of Defence Staff, Brigadier Omar Khan, MSS, Officers and Ranks of the Guyana Defence Force extend congratulations to Lieutenant Troy Hestick on his achievement of being sworn in as a Land Surveyor under the Land Surveyors Act, Chapter 97:01.
Lieutenant Hestick was among five young professionals sworn in by His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, President of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, on August 28, 2025, after successfully completing the Board of Examiners’ rigorous assessments in October 2024.
